Wolfpack Problems

I know a lot of people that get distressed working for large companies and organizations. The bureaucratic red tape usually strangles their desire to contribute in meaningful ways. A pack is only as fast as it's slowest member though, so this unhappiness could be a sign that they should venture away form the comfort of the crowds. Maybe they're a lot faster than they realize.
